Our Approach

Easy steps to establish and maintain a

successful coaching arrangement.

" The growth and development of people is the highest calling of leadership. "
- Harvey S. Firestone

 Our Approach

Aspirian Executive Coaching helps leaders work toward achieving their highest professional and personal aspirations. Clients are empowered with accomplished executive coaches and internationally recognized coaching methods, as they build comprehensive strategies to reach their goals.  While each approach will be tailored to your specific needs, you can expect the following steps to establish and maintain a successful coaching arrangement:

  • A conversation is held with the sponsor of the coaching relationship.

    • This initial conversation outlines the needs of the potential client in the eyes of the organization.

  • A "discovery session” is held for the coach and potential client to get acquainted and design a confidential relationship around the needs of the client.

    • This session may be preceded by a brief set of written questions.

  • There may be one or more "discovery sessions."

    • Throughout this phase, the needs of the client and the goals of the coaching relationship are clearly defined.

    • Sessions often end with a “homework inquiry” for the client to think about between sessions.

  • Sessions are scheduled by the client as needed.

    • It is recommended that sessions are held at least two times per month. Once the discovery sessions are completed, sessions are usually accomplished by phone.

  • A face to face meeting should be held with the sponsor and client every 4-6 months to assess effectiveness of the coaching process.

You deserve personalized support to navigate challenges, refine essential leadership skills, and achieve breakthrough results, empowering you to embody the leader you aspire to be.
